ZANTRAY Store does not store credit card information.

All products are produced after an order is placed.

ZANTRAY Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

However, replacements or refunds may be provided in cases of:

Damaged products
Defective products
Incorrect items received

Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide supporting photographs when applicable.
